Identity of Creator Lady

Creator Lady is the beholder of the universe, however, she is at complete loss as to what the universe looks like or how she would define herself. Dictator Lady was made in her image, as a result Cutesy also looks identical to the two. However rare her visits to the dictator's universe may be, she is still somewhat recognizable as a god-like figure, though it would seem that only Dictator Lady has met her. Cutesy does not recognize that Creator Lady has the same face as herself and her twin and therefore disregards her sister's "wishful thinking" and hoping that there is a god and true creator out there.

Creator Lady exists in our world, or the world you see. Being incapable of defining who she is, she would answer questions with the phrases seen in my doodle. It would seem that she is also fairly delusional from time to time, and to help control spasms of seemingly out-of-the-blue behavioral outbursts, she made up the world of Dictator Lady.
